Soya Egg Roll....A helthy Snacks for You and for Your Little one..!!
I should have included this recipe in my "Kids Special" album as this is a very ideal snacks recipe for the little children. I prepare it most of the time for my daughter and try to find out a way to make my daughter eats soyabeans.
Soyabean is known as the "king of the beans".It contains a large number of nutrients and health care benefits. It enhances immune functions,improve intelligence,strengthens human tissues and organs,improves energy,whitens skin,prevents cancer,prevents oxidation,reduces blood fat,prevent deafness,brings high blood pressure down.
I have given the egg chicken roll recipe few days ago.This egg soyabean roll is almost same as that .With the soya granules I tried to make a healthy yet,very delicious preparation.

Ingredients:
For the Stuffing:
- Soya Granules:1 cup
- Capsicum: 1(chopped)
- Onion:1 medium(chopped)
- Garlic:4 cloves(crushed)
- Cabbage:1 cup(chopped,I use purple cabbage)
- Eggs:4 ( beaten,one for each roll)
- Tomato Ketch-up
- Soya sauce
- Chilli sauce
- Salt to taste
- Lime juice
For the Paratha:
- Flour/Maida: 1 cup
- White oil:2 tbsp
- Salt: A pinch
- Water.
For the Roll:
- Onion: 1/2 (sliced)
- Cucumber:1/2(sliced)
- Green Chilli:2(chopped)(Optional)
- Kasundi
- Tomato Ketchup
- Salt
- Black Pepper Powder
- Tissue Paper.
Process:
Stuffing:
- At first boil some water in a pan and add the soya granules for 15 minutes and add little salt.
- After sometime the soya granules will absorb water and swell.
- Then press them little to remove the extra water and after draining the water keep th soya granules aside.
- Then add little white oil in the pan and add all the chopped vegetables into it.
- Sprinkle salt and cook them on medium flame until they become little soft.
- Now add the tomato ketchup,chilli sauce(be careful while you are prepararing for your kids) and the soya sauce.
- Combine them very well and add the pe soaked soya ganules.
- Mix the soya granules very well with all the vegetables
- Cook for 5-6 mins until a soft stuffung masala is done.
- Keep it aside.
- Take the flour mix it with the oil and salt and make a soft dough with water.
- Divide it into few equal balls.
How to Prepare A Roll:
- Now roll the flour dough with the help of the rolling pin ,with some dry flour and make few medium sized, round shaped parathas.
- Heat a flat tawa or pan and cook the both sides of the paratha only for 2-3 mins .Keep them aside.
- Now beat the eggs with little salt.
- Then heat the same tawa again and sprinkle some oil on it and add 1/4 th of beaten egg on it.
- Immediately swirl the egg to form a roti size omlette.
- Before the egg sets, place a roti on the egg and press it gently.This will help the roti to stick to the omlette.
- Flip the roti when the egg is done and cook for 2-3 minutes. you can add little more oil at this time to make roti fried or roasted.
- Now place the paratha on a flat plate .Add the soya stuffing on the omlette side.
- Add the chopped cucumber and the onions,little lemon juice,kasundi(optional) ,tomato ketchup,sprinkle little salt and black pepper powder.
- Now roll the paratha along with the tissue papaer at the outer side to wrap it.
- Close the lower end of the roll with the tissue paper.
- Hold tightly and enjoy your beautiful healthy snacks and let enjoy your little one with his/her favourite fruit drink.

Looks quite tempting. Am sure it was quite delicious. Can a similar recipe be tried using fish? I recently tried fish from one of the best online fish store in Mumbai..Do try.
